The purchase price for the property will be R 5 500 000. The current rental income on the property will provide investors with 10% income in year 1. Al Mabroor will obtain an independent valuation on the property to verify the purchase price.


How to invest

Complete the application form. Deposit the investment amount in the trust account details provided on the application form. The minimum investment amount is R 100 000. Provide all the necessary FICA documentation. The first 20 investors interested in the project will form a common law partnership that will own the property outright.

This property is situated at 20 Athlone Drive in the suburb of Three Rivers, Vereeniging with excellent exposure onto General Hertzog Road, which is the busy through road to Vereeniging CBD. It is a well-developed residential area that has been targeted for new business development.
